The four stages of a workable idea
The Spark.
We are strategy oriented. When you meet with us, you'll find that we ask
a lot of questions and listen closely as your objectives are discussed
and initial ideas are exchanged. We’re just getting started.
The Fire.
The first test of a great idea is how well it takes off. After meeting
with you, an assigned team at MLT will review all aspects of your project
and our notes and recommendations are delivered to you in a creative brief
accompanied with a project estimate and timeline. You will be assured
that we understand your goals and we can work within your budget and schedule.
The Fuel.
Our Account services team is your representative at the agency throughout
each project. Helping to keep our creative energies on track, they make
it their business to understand yours. It's about making sure that everybody
is moving in the right direction.
The Flow.
It’s the nature of marketing that one project may lead to another
or many may overlap based upon your industry’s competitive environment.
You may work from a master plan and still have to react to fires. With
MLT Creative, you have a resource that’s always there when you need
it with the depth to handle each project successfully.
What makes us different helps make MLT work.
We all have different styles and attitudes, but we have one thing in common.
We like to make ideas work.
Billy Mitchell. "I'm creative yet strategic. I go
into a meeting, determined to make the most of it and hopefully avoid
the need to repeat it. I like to get to the root of the problem and find
solutions from all angles. Keeping that in mind, it's easy to understand
why I'm a chess addict."
Craig Lindberg. "I’m not on the creative front
line everyday, but I have a good appreciation for what’s involved
and I'm invited to contribute ideas along the way. When the creative is
on strategy and communicates effectively, I’m a happy man. I enjoy
the sport of this business as much as I like to hunt and fish.”
Glenn Taylor. "I guess you can say that I'm a perfectionist.
I hate it when things aren't done right. When I’m not challenging
our designers and polishing concepts, you'll probably find me strumming
one of my four guitars, that's just about the only time I goof around."
MLT Creative originated as a graphic design studio called
The Art Works, Inc. in 1980. We provided creative services on local, regional
and national campaigns for many of Atlanta's largest ad agencies and corporate
marketing departments.
Wave Mechanix, our interactive division, can develop
your Web site or interactive presentation as simple as you want them or
with all the frills, if you prefer. We will research competitive sites,
provide content consultation, and design a site that is both functional
and easily navigated. We save you time and help improve your visibility
on the Internet. From electronic messaging to e-commerce tools for both
b2b and b2c segments, we address all the ways your site can work for you
and work along with your overall marketing program.
Digi Pik. From the enormous, yet vivid signs you see
on city buses, covering store-front windows, flanking floors, walls and
even decorating restaurant ceilings, it is obvious that many advertising
and marketing professionals are literally turning big ideas into big graphics.
Colorful posters, banners and displays are now part of most promotions.
DigiPik is MLT’s in-house department specializing in large format
digital printing. This division also serves as a stand-alone service with
its own client-base. We can print banners and signs of nearly unlimited
size on a variety of materials.
At first glance, visitors to MLT notice our multiple studios are connected
by winding stone pathways and decks but what lies beneath the surface
is an underground system connecting a powerful computer network and specialized
teams of account executives, creative directors, designers and production
artists.
Now that we've told you a little about ourselves, we would like to learn
more about your business and how you work.
