We are focused on getting our clients the best results they can achieve using inbound and traditional techniques. We also believe and use these techniques for our own marketing. How do you price projects?

Our project pricing is based on 30 years of experience with similar past projects, along with a “no-charge” consultation with your team about the project and what your goals are. We don’t charge just on hours, set menu prices or any other special formulas. If you have a budget in mind, share it with us and we will share what we can accomplish for that amount. Each estimate is custom and designed to match the customer’s needs and appropriate spend. From that intelligence, we calculate how long it will take, the value position of the project and compile the best estimate based on those criteria.

What will my website cost?

Your website will fall into a range between $8,000 to $22,500 based on page count, complex additions such as database driven forms, e-commerce capabilities, nurturing workflow creation with landing pages, integration with your marketing automation system and the mix of migrating existing content to creating new content that is required. We have built websites on a variety of platforms and are very experienced in the HubSpot CMS. Do you work on retainer?

For ongoing content marketing programs, getting a new inbound framework constructed or clients that have consistent, ongoing needs for our project work we offer retainer solutions to help them budget expenses. A normal retainer budget starts at $5,000/month and goes up to $10,000/month. The price is set by client needs, timeframe and types of projects being completed each month. All retainer hours are value rated and tracked in monthly reports. We can also supply a project-by-project estimate during each month for prior approval.
