I agree with you, Martine. These are best practices ever made. One thing I learned before I became a bestselling author and long before Inc Magazine voted my company as one of the fastest growing companies is Microsoft's B2B campaign for Office 2010 made model use of triggered e-mail, according to Marketing Sherpa's case study.

i agree with all the points mention in post. All these are true for a successful B2B marketing<a> portal.
