Zappos. I have been a long time customer, but after reading "Delivering Happiness" I became an even bigger fan. Their perspective on company culture and branding is so refreshing - I wish all big businesses were structured that way.
What's your favorite thing about MLT? Why?
The people! The MLT family is what I love most.
