What's your favorite thing about MLT? Why?
There are quite a few things, but for one, the leadership has created an environment where everyone is free to contribute outside of their job description. A bad idea is a bad idea, but there's no rule that says it has to come from creative. Also, I really like the fact that MLT is nimble enough as a company to be the B-to-B agency that it wants to be.
If you could be any advertising character, who would you choose? Why?
Anyone with really, really, really, ridiculously nice hair.
What is your core belief?
It is what it is, but it can be better.
What are your hidden talents?
I can read minds and make the world's best pancakes.

The saying "don't throw the baby out with the bathwater" never fails to conjure a horrifying mental image.
